NDIS
icare Workers Care Program
DVA / Aged Care
Assistive technology assessments, minor and complex home modifications, functional capacity assessments (FCA), supported disability accommodation and supported living (SDA/SIL) assessments, manual handling assessments, and activities of daily living capacity building.
Please note: NDIS participants must be self-managed or plan-managed to access Core Focus OT services.
DVA / Aged Care
icare Workers Care Program
DVA / Aged Care
Low-cost aids and equipment, minor home modifications, mobility and vision aids, personal alarms, falls prevention, scooter assessments, and referrals to relevant support services.
